    The one to Finland will arrive days and days ahead of the others, unless its recipient is slow to register. That’s my prediction.
    Then the Netherlands or Germany, then Japan – though those three could be neck and neck.

    Don’t hold your breath on Russia and China.

    If any of the medal winners are guilty of using postal-performance-enhancing- drugs, these could become medal winners!

    Oops. Thailand wasn’t even in this race! That was a long-lost expired card that just arrived at its destination.
